This prevents conventional or generic NIR moisture
meters from being used in measurement for control. NDC has
developed highly robust, application-specific measurements,
which are unaffected by these issues and our gauges are relied upon
for the control of many foods processing lines. While moisture is
still the major need, we are able to handle many other constituent
measurements such as Fat, Oil and Protein.
